Terms of Service

✧ By contacting me with a commission inquiry, the client is agreeing to the following terms. ✧.
₍ᐢ. ̫.ᐢ₎** ✧ Payment policy:**• All prices listed are base prices and may be adjusted for complexity.
• An additional fee will incur for rush deadlines and commercial projects.
• All payments must be made through invoices provided by RM via PayPal.
• Works will be started once paid in full, unless otherwise discussed prior to invoice delivery.
• If the project cannot be completed by the artist, the client will be offered a refund and deliverables based on current project completion and scope on a case by case basis..
₍ᐢ. ̫.ᐢ₎✧ Revision policy:• Besides errors of my own, I only accept up to three minor revisions.
• Any major revisions will incur an extra fee. In order to avoid this, please be as detailed as possible with your request before I begin your commission if you have a specific idea in mind..
₍ᐢ. ̫.ᐢ₎✧ Rush policy:• A rush fee will be incurred for any projects that have a due date within less than 2 weeks.
• Rush orders will be delivered within 2 weeks following the start of a commission (i.e. when all files are received, and the project work can begin.)
• An additional rush fee may also be incurred if final assets are not delivered by a discussed date. If the project is to begin before assets have been finalised, I will specify when this date will be before beginning the commission. This fee will be invoiced separately upon delivery of the final project..
₍ᐢ. ̫.ᐢ₎✧ I have the right to:• Decline your commission.
• Post your completed commission on social media or as future commission examples.
• Stream your commission progress on Twitch unless an NDA has been signed or the artist and client have discussed prior..
₍ᐢ. ̫.ᐢ₎✧ You may not:• Use any part of my work for purposes of promoting or generating profits associated with cryptocurrency, non-fungible tokens, or any other block-chain related technology.
• Use project deliverables to create any derivative works, repurposed assets, or for any commercial purposes outside of the initial intended use.
• Send AI generated images for me to use in your commission. This includes character artwork, background illustrations, or any other visual assets. Requests with solely AI generated images will be rejected entirely.
